Currently Meeting, The Compass men's group has recently started a study of the Epistle of James in the New Testament with the book written by Warren Wiersbe entitled Be Mature. Every man is welcome to attend as we increase our knowledge of God's love for each of us, and grow in our ability to support and encourage one another as business men in the Blue Water Area.
The group meets every Tuesday morning from 7:00 - 8:00 AM at the offices of the Blue Water Center for Christian Counseling. Go to www.bwccc.com for directions.
The group is open to any and all men who desire to grow strong in their faith. Members are encouraged to bring their Bibles with them as we will be searching out principles of business throughout scripture.
What men are saying about this group...
"The Tuesday morning Bible Study hosted by Dan Lundblad is the highlight of my week, in spite of the fact it begins at 7 am!. I call it the"Godly" activity at an 'ungodly' hour. It is a rare opportunity for Christian men to gather, study God's Word, relate to one another, laugh, and yet share one another's issues and even shed a tear.
This Bible Study should be a highpoint of every man's weekly schedule. It certainly is mine."
~ Richard Freimuth
"In a world where business men go to battle with their armor on daily, it is a great release and comfort to attend this men's group where we can all be ourselves and know the other guys around the table have our best interest in mind."
~ Konrad Swenson
Our interdenominational Men's Bible Study meeting on Tuesday mornings has been nothing less than inspirational, motivating and thought provoking. In reflecting over the last eight months, God has really made a difference in my daily life. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but the calm that rests on me as a result of our Tuesday morning meetings is notable. I am expecting God to make a lot more changes in my life as he sees fit.
Thank you Tom for the invite and thank you Dan for your leadership!
~ Larry Morse
